Village Penthouse w/ Views, Pool & Hot Tub

Positive: Muy bueno!!!

Positive: Location is excellent a nice walk to Whistler Village. Bed is very comfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom. The kitchen has high quality utensils, pots and pans. The furniture is very comfortable almost new. Spectacular TV. Bathroom towels are soft and fluffy, bedding is high quality. We stayed after ski season ended it was very quiet. Negative: No instructions. The front desk had to call somebody to get it all worked out causing a delay to check in. The Reservation was confirmed and paid for. The living room gets very hot no air conditioning. There are no cleaning materials at a minimum there should be a broom and dustpan. There was no plunger. Toilet got plugged up. Had to use lobby toilet. Went to village to buy a plunger but only helped a little. Communicated with the owner. Plumber was only available the next day. When he came he worked to unplug the toilet. It appeared to be blocked in the floors below us. That can happen and the owner promised a partial refund as we lost a whole day chasing this problem. Did not receive and compensation as promised.
